Escarpment Luxury Lodge boasts 28 luxurious appointed, private chalets offering single, double, and triple occupancy. Each chalet has its own private deck to take in the magnificent sight of Lake Manyara and wildlife passing through the lodge grounds. Abundant bird life fills the trees and bushes growing directly around the decks of each chalet, affording the sense of complete immersion with nature.

Our lodge is just a 10-minute drive from the Manyara airstrip, accessible by connecting flights from three main airports within Tanzania. When you book 2 nights or more, we will offer you a complimentary return airport transfer from the Manyara airstrip.

If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Lodge. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.
